What to include

For a technical problem, include:

• what you were trying to do;
• what happened and what you expected;
• your device model and operating-system version;
• whether you use UniTracks Free or Pro; and
• screenshots where useful.

Do not include real marks, setup codes or other private academic information unless it is necessary to investigate the issue.

Purchases and subscriptions

UniTracks cannot directly cancel or refund purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Use Restore Purchases in UniTracks if Pro access is missing.
• Manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple or Google account.
• Request a refund through the store that processed the purchase.

If the store confirms an active subscription but Pro remains unavailable, email us with the platform, product shown and date of purchase. Do not send payment-card details.
