UniTracks Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the UniTracks mobile application, website, calculator and related services (together, "UniTracks" or the "Service"). The Service is operated by Benjamin Cossey, a sole trader trading as UniTracks in the United Kingdom ("we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use UniTracks. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

2. What UniTracks provides

UniTracks provides tools for academic planning and study, including features that may let you:

• record modules, assessments, credits, marks, estimates and degree rules;
• calculate averages, classifications, targets and possible outcomes;
• manage deadlines and timetables;
• plan revision with Exam Cram and Lock In;
• use widgets, notifications, Live Activities, Calendar Sync, Smart Sync and photo import; and
• use a website degree calculator and transfer a setup into the app.

Features may differ by device, operating system, country, institution, Free or Pro access, permissions and store availability.

3. Academic accuracy and responsibility

UniTracks provides estimates, projections and organisational tools. It is not an official university record and does not provide academic, legal or financial advice.

Degree regulations vary between institutions, courses, cohorts and individual circumstances. Rounding, classification, compensation, resit, placement, credit and progression rules may differ from UniTracks defaults. You are responsible for:
